SINGLE StEP Standard Silica Flash Column

SINGLE StEP Flash Columns (patented) represent an innovative step forward in chromatography. SINGLE StEP Flash Columns (patented) allow for a simple screw top column that can be used for liquid or dry loading by opening the cap and pouring in liquid or dropping in dry material. The columns are a universal fit for all different flash instruments.

These columns operate under normal phase separations, i.e., 100% Hexane → 100% Ethyl Acetate (normal phase going from non-polar to increasing polarity). Of our entire range of columns, these silica columns will retain compounds most strongly. These columns are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 4g to 300g. General guideline for compound loading is 5% of silica weight.

Standard silica TLC plates can be used to pre-check separation profile.
