Flash Chromatography
SINGLE StEP Flash Columns (patented) represent an innovative step forward in chromatography. Flash Chromatography is a quick and inexpensive technique for the purification of organic compounds. Thomson flash columns come in a wide variety of sizes ranging from 4g to 300g silica-based for easy scalability of synthetic reactions. Thomson also offers other packing material like Amine and C18 flash columns which will enable the end-user to utilize these flash columns for a broad range of reactions.

SINGLE StEP E. Merck Flash Columns
SINGLE StEP Flash Columns (patented) allow for a simple screw top column that can be used for liquid or dry loading. E. Merck silica columns match the E. Merck or Merck KGA TLC plates.
SINGLE StEP Amine Flash Columns
For normal phase chromatography with polar basic compounds. Amine is usable when silica is too polar and a good median between reverse phase is needed.
SINGLE StEP Diol Flash Columns
Diol flash columns can be used for polarity change separations. Diol flash columns work well with polar compounds. Diol columns are reusable up to 20 times.

Phenyl flash columns are a good choice to compare with other reverse phase columns for separation.
SINGLE StEP Empty Flash Columns
SINGLE StEP Empty Flash Columns (patented) allow for the opportunity to fill different sized flash columns with resin. Connects to FPLC systems.
TLC Plates
Thomson offers different TLC plates for all of its phases. Silica, Amine, Cyano, Diol, and Phenyl TLC plates. Custom size TLC plates also available.

Simple screw top flash column for liquid or dry loading. The flash columns are a universal fit for all different flash instruments.
SINGLE StEP C18 Flash Columns
C18 flash columns replace prep chromatography and can be loaded 1:10 (10%). C18 flash columns are reusable up to 20 times.
SINGLE StEP Cyano Flash Columns
Cyano flash columns are good for Boronic Acids and are a good alternative for silica because of its alternative compound selectivity.
Syringe Barrel Flash Columns
Syringe Barrel Flash Columns packed with silica and used as open columns on older machinery, such as Flashmaster® systems. Syringe Barrel Columns range from 5g-70g.

Thomson Bulk Sorbent allows you to purchase all the phases in loose format. Use Bulk Sorbent for absorbing compounds in specialty phases for dry loading.
