The SINGLE StEP columns are versatile enough to be used on any machine. SINGLE StEP columns are clear, so that one may see their bands or attach to a UV detector. The SINGLE StEP columns have luer fittings which allow for attachment to any machine including: Biotage, Isco, SINGLE StEP Pumps units, etc. SINGLE StEP columns fit onto all Horizons , SPD-1 and SPD-4 by luer fittings. This eliminates the need for compression fittings. SINGLE StEP C18 columns have allowed chemists to do prep separations in reverse phase for a fraction of the cost of prep HPLC without sacrificing purity. SINGLE StEP C18 columns allow for 90% + purity while allowing for as much as 2/3 of your compound to be recovered. SINGLE StEP C18 columns are easy to use whether you have expensive equipment or you are just starting a lab.

Thank you to the people who have allowed us to use their C18 separation results. They were able to get 100mgs of final
product with 90% purity out of 150mgs from their initial sample by using SINGLE StEP C18 columns. This was confirmed by
UV, Mass Spectrometry, and ELSD (detection). SINGLE StEP C18 columns have allowed chemists to do prep separations in
