Single Step Columns
SINGLE STEP Columns allow for purification by batch binding for nickel resin, affinity, etc. They can be used to batch bind your protein, and then attached to any FPLC or use with the Hexa-Flex Rack for 6 Parallel purification. With Varying sized columns this allows for various size purifications. If column is moving slowly just attach a syringe or pump for faster movement.
