What Scale Purification is Today?

The HEXA-FLEX™ Rack is a flexible work station designed for biological purifications. HEXA-FLEX racks use the versatile SINGLE StEP™ Columns that can range from 5mL to 200mL of sample. The HEXA-FLEX Rack allows for simple Nickel Binding, Affinity & Size Exclusion Chromatography. The SINGLE StEP Columns can run by gravity flow or by using a pump. The SINGLE StEP Columns are attachable to a FPLC or AKTA™ purification systems. Whether running a small flask or a fermentor everything is easily purified by using the HEXA-FLEX Rack with SINGLE StEP Columns.
